Make a margarita with el Jimador & Cointreau

What you’ll need:

Ingredients:

45ml of el Jimador 

20ml of Cointreau

30ml of Lime Juice

10ml of Sugar Syrup 

 

Method:

Step 1: Rim your glass

Tip your salt onto the saucer. Take a lime wedge and run it around the outside top of your glass. Roll the rim of the glass through the salt, taking care not to get any on the inside of the glass.

Step 2: Build your Margarita!

Using the large end of a jigger for accuracy, pour 45ml of el Jimador Reposado, 20ml of Cointreau Liqueur and 30ml of Lime juice into a the smaller tin of the shaker, then fill will ice.

Step 3: Shake, Pour & Enjoy!


Place the larger tin over the top of the small tin, and gice it a tap to seal it. Hold with both hands and shake for 10 seconds. To release shaker hold with the large side facing down, tap the side of the large tin with your palm. This can be tough!

Once you have it open, pour your Margarita into your glass, add lime garnish & enjoy.
